Wash: Hand wash or machine wash on a cold, delicate cycle Detergent: Use a mild detergent (avoid bleach or fabric softeners)
Protection: Always wash inside out to protect prints and fabric surface
Dry: Line dry or lay flat in shade. Avoid using the dryer to prevent shrinkage and heat damage
Steam: Steam to remove wrinkles. If using an iron, use the lowest heat setting and iron on the reverse side.

When in doubt, a cold hand wash and line dry in the shade is always the safest approach. For item-specific details, please refer to the care instructions on each product page.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Free shipping on all Portugal orders over EUR 200.
Free shipping on all EU orders over EUR 300.
Returns: We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
- Initiate Your Return: Email us at inquiries.sala@gmail.com with your order number to request a return authorization.
- Ship It Back: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
- Inspection & Refund: Once received, items undergo a quality check. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Upon approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (minus original shipping fees).
Note: Items showing signs of wear, damage, or returned without approval will be sent back at the customer's expense.
